Signaling
Installation Site Supervisor
to join our Taipei Metro,
WANDA Phase 1 Project
in Alstom Taiwan.
The
Signaling
Installation Site Supervisor
will work in close collaboration with local Signaling installation team, civil partners and subcontractors to make sure all Signaling equipment and design well executed by subcontractors accordingly to design, project timeline and safety requirement.
What are my responsibilities?
- Solid supervision site installation work for railway signalling system
- Prepare Post Installation check and self installation inspection
- Maintain the quality of installation work in field as per drawings, Method statements, contract requirements and local regulations.
- Coordinate site interface parties for site work flow.
- Ensure compliance of Installation activities with D&IS Installation and FO Process
- Apply the Work Method Statement (WMS) / Installation procedures according design documentation, report on any deviation found or needed.
- Make sure the EHS requirements and special processes are clearly included in the WMS
- Report to the PrYM the field activities progress and any issue or founding in the execution, including non-conformities to communicate to Quality team
- Ensure the activities are carried out as per schedule, within the productivity required, in line with the quality standards
- Ensure and support the Handover process to T&C team / Customer
Continuous improvement:
Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line
Ensure the strictly application of EHS rules by the installation workers (including Sub-contractors)
What do I need to qualify for the job?
- Engineering degree (Electronic/Mechanical) level or equivalent education
- AutoCAD/BIM drawing reading as Mandatory
- 10+ years experiences on installation of Taipei metro signaling system (Rochester)
- Solid experience and knowledge in point machine GM4000A, YM2000
- Solid experience and knowledge in signaling system termination
- Solid experience and knowledge on railway EHS management
- Quality and EHS-focused, rigorous, team-player
- Decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Resilience, with an analytic way of thinking in order to solve Field complex deviations and issues
- Strong leadership skills to manage multiple workers and suppliers
