Role and Responsibilities:

【Talent Acquisition】**Primary Focus

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
  • Continuously improve recruitment channels, employer branding, and candidate experience.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics

【HR Business Partnering】

  • Act as a business partner to assigned departments, providing HR guidance and support on organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with line managers to implement HR policies and programs in alignment with business goals.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

【HR Projects】

  • Participate in HR projects that may span the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to talent development, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, or process improvement.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of HR enhancement initiatives based on business needs and priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with regional HR teams on group-wide projects or initiatives to ensure alignment and consistency.

Qualifications:

【Education/ Technical Skills】

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

【Knowledge/ Work Experience】

  • At least 8 years of HR experience with 5+ years in recruiting function
  • Proven track record in hiring for senior or critical roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to partner with business leaders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing recruitment vendors and external agencies
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for talent sourcing and pipeline management
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); experience in MNC environments preferred
