In this pivotal role, you'll lead our global quality systems strategy while overseeing key aspects of day-to-day production, ensuring that every ride meets our promise of innovation and excellence.
Our mission is to embed quality and efficiency across the entire supply chain, from design to delivery. You'll collaborate closely with global teams in Taipei and Amsterdam, working with R&D, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Operations, to strengthen supplier partnerships, streamline production, and champion continuous improvement. What you'll do
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's quality management systems to meet internal and regulatory standards.
- Oversee production quality processes, driving root cause analysis, corrective actions, and product quality improvements across manufacturing operations.
- Manage supplier quality activities including qualification, audits, performance
- monitoring, and resolution of quality issues through structured improvement plans.
- Serve as the quality lead on cross-functional teams for new product introductions, process changes, and strategic programs to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Analyze quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, non-conformances, customer complaints), and lead initiatives to drive sustainable improvements.
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets; ensure optimal use of resources (people, machines, materials) while promoting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize resource utilization, coordinate with supply chain and engineering, and resolveproduction issues in real time to minimize downtime and cost.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of experience in engineering, quality, operations, or related fields, with proven expertise in both production management and supplier quality.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement practices, with the ability to quickly adapt to industry-specific standards as needed.
- Experience in high-paced, R&D-driven manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively across global teams.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- You currently live in Taiwan.
Extremely nice to have
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Strong familiarity with quality standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO), with experience supporting audits and ensuring compliance in structured operational settings.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional quality initiatives across production, suppliers, and global teams, especially in new product introduction, customer-facing quality, and digital quality systems.
