Responsibilities
- Execute daily order operations and manage production schedules.
- Track and verify supplier documentation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain flexibility to meet evolving customer needs.
- Manage and maintain system data accurately.
- Prepare reports and conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
- Collect supplier information and oversee the full order-to-shipment process.
- Respond to emails and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Create quotations and prepare materials for customer visits (samples, artwork, order history, etc.).
- Place orders, arrange production, and manage shipment details (dates, pricing, artwork, etc.).
- Review inventory levels and recommend order quantities.
- Provide historical data and collaborate with teams to develop market strategies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, or related fields.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
