Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Polyurethane Hot Casting Engineer
.
You will be responsible for planning and executing PU hot casting operations, including:
- Operating and maintaining
polyurethane casting machines - Mixing and preparing
PU prepolymer materials - Overseeing the
curing process
and mold maintenance - Conducting
quality control tests
and troubleshooting production issues - Ensuring compliance with
safety and environmental regulations - Collaborating with
R&D and production teams
to optimize casting processes - Supervising
SOP implementation
and supporting
mass production integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Chemical Engineering
,
Materials Science
,
Mechanical Engineering
, or related field - Experience with
hot casting processes
and
polyurethane materials - Knowledge of
casting machinery operation and maintenance - Familiarity with
quality control procedures and testing methods - Strong
problem-solving
and
troubleshooting
skills - Excellent
attention to detail
and
organizational skills - Ability to work
independently
and as part of a team - Experience in
process planning
,
project management
, and
SOP supervision
is a plus
Language Requirements
- Chinese
: Fluent - English
: Intermediate (able to read technical documentation)
