About the Role

As a Senior Designer, you'll be a proactive creative leader entrusted with advancing the brand through bold, expressive, and highly polished design. You'll own visual direction across digital, print, and motion graphics, integrating modern AI tools to enhance both ideation and execution. In close partnership with the Creative Director, you'll help shape campaign concepts, uphold brand integrity, and influence cross-functional creative output. You'll also play a key role in prioritizing and streamlining team workflows, contributing to a more agile and innovative design operation.

Creative Leadership & Brand Ownership

  • Drive the evolution of the brand through compelling visual storytelling, concept development and campaign design.
  • Develop visual systems that are scalable, memorable, and expressive across formats and platforms.
  • Deliver polished, high-quality work across all design formats with minimal revisions.
  • Ensure final visual assets, including photography—achieve premium polish through expert-level image manipulation with attention to detail and refinement.

Motion Graphics & Animation

  • Create animated brand assets, marketing visuals, and product-related motion content.
  • Collaborate with content and video teams to bring campaign ideas to life through motion design.

AI-Enhanced Design Workflows

  • Master and deploy AI tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Gemini) as part of daily production, ideation, and workflow.
  • Use generative design approaches to enhance scalability, experiment with concepts, and accelerate delivery timelines.

Multi-Platform Execution

  • Design across digital, print, web, packaging, and social media to maintain a unified, bold brand presence.
  • Contribute to photography direction, visual campaigns, post-production refinement and packaging when needed.

Project Prioritization & Ops Support

  • Partner with leadership stakeholders to triage incoming requests, manage timelines, and prioritize team workload.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Creative Director—supporting vision execution, ensuring brand consistency, and helping drive the evolution of the design team's structure and capabilities.
  • Help create a clear flow of deliverables that balances strategic, high-impact projects with agile creative needs.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, content, product, and PM teams to align creative with business goals.
  • Provide creative feedback, art direction, and mentorship to team members and freelancers as needed.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally with exposure to tech, lifestyle, or music-related brands.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates bold brand thinking, excellent execution, and polished motion work.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI design tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Runway).
  • Advanced Photoshop skills for high-fidelity image manipulation, compositing, and visual polish; ability to independently elevate raw imagery to brand-level quality.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, image curation, and storytelling through design.
  • Experience with animation, motion graphics, and interactive content.
  • High attention to detail with a reputation for delivering tight, revision-light work.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and help drive workflow prioritization.
  • Self-starter attitude with strong remote communication skills.
