Role Overview

We are seeking a
Sales Manager
to join this global leader's dynamic team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth within the renewable and smart energy sectors, manage key customer relationships, and contribute to expanding the company's footprint in Taiwan's high-voltage and wind power markets.

As a key commercial representative, you will collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure business alignment, deliver customer-centric solutions, and uphold the company's global standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aligned with regional business objectives.

· Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring superior service and responsiveness to client needs.

· Drive business growth across wind power and high-voltage equipment markets, achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

· Identify new market opportunities and manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation to contract closure.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders across business units to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.

· Represent the company in client and cross-functional meetings to promote commercial and technical synergy.

· Ensure compliance with all corporate, legal, and industry regulations.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in
Engineering
or a related
Energy discipline
(Electrical background preferred).

· Proven track record in
sales, business development, or account management
, preferably in the power or renewable energy sectors.

· Familiarity with
utilities, engineering, and power transmission/distribution
industries.

· Product knowledge in
high-voltage systems, power receiving and transformation equipment
, and
wind power solutions
.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Fluent in
English
(verbal and written); able to travel as business requires.

· Excellent organizational abilities and commitment to achieving business objectives.

Location:
Taipei, Taiwan

(Occasional travel to Taichung, Kaohsiung, or client sites as required)
