Job Responsibilities
This role encompasses financial, HR, and administrative responsibilities with a focus on compliance and efficiency to below areas:
Financial: Manage cash/bank transactions, ledgers, month-end closes, financial statements, and tax filings (withholding, NHI, CIT, audits) ensuring compliance with accounting and FX regulations.
HR: Oversee payroll for timely, accurate compensation and manage employee welfare services.
Administrative: Handle reception, calls, couriers, office upkeep, executive scheduling, and ad-hoc tasks.

Job Description
- Independently review cash and bank receipts/payments, bookkeeping and bank reconciliation (Familiar with overseas foreign exchange collection and payment business).
- Responsible for the overall accounting of the company's accounts, the subsidiary ledger and general ledger registration, verification.
- Perform month close and prepare financial statements and tax filing for foreign invested company in accordance with accounting standards and tax regulation. Familiar with accounting standards and tax regulation, coordinate and prepare withholding tax, national health insurance, annual audit and CIT filing.
- Efficiently manage employee payroll, ensuring accurate and timely compensation, while overseeing welfare services to support employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Manage daily administrative tasks – including but not limited to front desk reception, call forwarding and courier services. Maintaining professional and welcoming office environment.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior leadership.
- Perform additional ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance, with 3+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in General Ledger (G/L) management.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Bookkeeper (記帳士) or Level B/C Accounting Technician (乙/丙級會計事務技術士).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP system preferred.
- Strong business-level English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, preferred TOEIC score 700 or above.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Significant plus: enthusiastic PC gamer and music player.
