A leading manufacturing company serving the global sports equipment market, supplying products to major international brands. This position is responsible for leading the plant's quality management system, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with international standards and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System and lead audits
 - Drive quality improvement projects and ensure compliance with standards
 - Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and supplier quality management
 - Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product reliability
 - Analyze quality metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives (8D, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
 - Prepare technical reports, conduct management reviews, and coach quality teams
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
 - 5+ years of leadership and quality management experience
 - Familiar with ISO 9001 systems, SPC, APQP, MSA, and problem-solving tools
 - Strong command of Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D methodologies (Black Belt a plus)
 - Skilled in both Mandarin and English communication
 - Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
