As part of this bold vision, we're seeking a National Key Account Manager to join our commercial team in Taiwan.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the development and execution of annual and monthly sales strategies across key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and full delivery of commercial KPIs by brand and SKU.
  • Cultivate high-level strategic partnerships, positioning PMI as a category thought leader and trusted advisor.
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities within existing and emerging accounts to expand PMI's footprint and revenue streams.
  • Co-create long-range customer plans that reflect PMI's strategic priorities and translate them into actionable commercial roadmaps.
  • Negotiate and manage annual agreements/contracts with key accounts, ensuring full compliance and value realization.
  • Establish a robust intelligence framework to monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer trends.
  • Strategically manage the PMI brand portfolio within key accounts to drive volume, ensure availability, and prevent out-of-stocks.
  • Lead the budgeting process for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational targets and financial discipline.
  • Act as the executive sponsor and lead for strategic customer projects, ensuring delivery against milestones and success metrics.
  • Serve as a strategic mentor and subject matter expert, elevating the commercial acumen of the broader organization.
  • Mobilize and align cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer and business needs

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven commercial leadership in FMCG, with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales and key account management (CVS channels) within leading multinational FMCG organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to achieve complex business goals.
  • Exposure to marketing strategy and brand portfolio management is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in field sales and/or execution, with deep understanding of channel dynamics and in-store activation.
  • Strong business acumen, customer focus, and comfort around higher management.
  • Excellent negotiation, planning, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to interpret trends and measure commercial impact.
  • Operates as a mature commercial leader, shaping national customer strategy and influencing organizational direction.
  • Fluent in English and Mandari
