Partipost is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Growth Director to lead our growth strategy across Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia. This role is based in Taiwan and is crucial for scaling our influencer marketing platform and driving user acquisition across the region.
You will be responsible for leading a diverse team of growth marketers and user acquisition specialists, using your expertise to implement data-driven strategies that expand our user base and strengthen our market position.
Responsibilities
- Lead Regional Growth:
Develop and execute growth marketing and user acquisition strategies aligning with company-wide goals and objectives. - Manage Diverse Team:
Lead a cross-functional team across three markets, fostering a high-performance culture. - Drive User Acquisition:
Oversee user acquisition campaigns with a focus on performance marketing and social media. - Data-Driven Decisions:
Use data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and report on key metrics. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure a seamless user experience and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven Growth Record:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with a record of scaling a user base. - People Management:
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a diverse team, preferably across multiple countries (SG, MY, TW). - Data Expertise:
Highly data-driven with experience in analytics, A/B testing, and attribution modeling. - Performance Marketing:
Deep familiarity with performance marketing channels (paid social, search, etc.). - Social Media Marketing:
Solid understanding of leveraging social media for user acquisition and brand awareness
