Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic plans for new business ventures.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Develop and monitor key financial metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities, manage risks, and optimize resource allocation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to support business model innovation and market entry strategies.
- Build robust financial models to evaluate new initiatives, investments, and business cases.
- Support the continuous transformation of financial processes and systems to enable agile decision-making in a fast-evolving environment.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or related roles, preferably in multinational or fast-growing organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills; proven ability to influence business decisions.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or Korean is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving business transformation.
- Strong data analysis and financial modelling skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, coding (e.g., Python, SQL), or CRM systems is a strong plus.
