Want to turn global HR data into actionable insights for 13 countries and 10,000+ employees?

We are looking for a
HRIS Data Analyst
to help build our global HR data governance framework and deliver trusted analytics for decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Perform
    data cleanup, auditing, and reconciliation
    to ensure cross-system integrity
  • Support
    data migration and validation
    during SAP SuccessFactors implementation
  • Establish and maintain
    data governance processes
    and validation standards
  • Deliver
    data insights
    that enhance HR initiatives and improve employee experience

What we're looking for

  • 2–5 years of experience (Statistics, Data Science, Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Math, or STEM)
  • Skilled in
    SQL / Power Query
    for large-scale data processing
  • Detail-oriented with strong data auditing and validation skills
  • Proficient with
    BI tools
    (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in English (international meetings and documentation)
  • Bonus:
    HRIS data migration experience, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM; DB concepts; VBA/Python/R skills
