Purpose of role:
Head of Sales is responsible to lead our sales operations in Hong Kong and Taiwan. This role oversees all sales channels, including Modern Trade, Warehouse Club, and E-Commerce. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen our brand presence across both regions
Responsibilities include:
- Sales Leadership
: Lead, manage, and motivate the sales teams in Hong Kong and Taiwan across all channels, ensuring they meet or exceed targets and KPIs. - Strategy Development:
Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique market dynamics of Hong Kong and Taiwan, incorporating both offline and online approaches. - Channel Management:
Oversee performance and growth of all sales channels, including brick-and-mortar retail, wholesale, direct sales, and e-commerce platforms. - E-Commerce Optimization
: Drive the expansion and optimization of e-commerce operations, including partnerships with major marketplaces and digital marketing initiatives. - Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and risks, adapting sales tactics accordingly. - Revenue Forecasting:
Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, reporting results to senior management and recommending course corrections as needed. - Customer Relationship
Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and long-term growth. - Team Development
: Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, promoting a culture of high performance, accountability, and professional growth. - Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, distributors, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns and initiatives. - Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Who are you?
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with proven success in multi-channel sales environments in Hong Kong and/or Taiwan.
- Understanding of the consumer landscape, commercial trends, and dietary supplement regulatory environment in Taiwan is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver sustainable growth across diverse channels.
- Strong track record of building, leading, and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Skilled in data analysis, forecasting, and using metrics to drive business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Demonstrates accountability for achieving ambitious sales targets and driving business outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environments.
