Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
BMS Sales Manager
to lead and grow our Building Management System business in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building automation, HVAC controls, or smart building technologies, and a proven track record in solution-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive BMS product and solution sales across Taiwan.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including MEP consultants, system integrators, contractors, and end-users.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Automation, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or building automation sales.
  • Strong understanding of BMS architecture, protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus), and integration with other building systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
  • Willingness to travel within Taiwan as needed.
