About The Role
Are you seeking an opportunity to make an impact, innovate through problem-solving, and grow professionally? In this role, you'll join an elite sales team operating in a startup-like environment to accelerate sales velocity and build the mid-market business for Uber for Business (U4B).

You will be responsible for driving new business acquisitions, managing forecasts and pipelines, and executing GTM strategies. The ultimate goal is to empower mid-market organizations with the value of Uber.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, pitch, and sell into the mid-market segment (employee size: 250-2,000)
  • Deliver the value of the Uber for Business platform to corporate customers
  • Develop and manage a robust opportunity pipeline within a defined territory or book of business
  • Lead end-to-end sales motions including qualification, education, pricing, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Identify key decision-makers and drive sales velocity through targeted outreach
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth account onboarding and successful implementation
  • Continuously assess customers' evolving needs and align U4B's value proposition to drive engagement and adoption

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record of driving new business and delivering strong sales results
  • Passionate, resilient, and self-driven with a hunter mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B consultative or solution-based selling, especially SaaS or tech-related products
  • End-to-end sales experience including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, implementation, and closing
