Product Sourcing managing fully assembled PCBA
II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain management of fully assembled PCBAs. This position focuses on securing high-quality, cost-effective PCBA components and assemblies from global suppliers to support ongoing manufacturing needs. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, quality assurance to ensure supply chain resilience, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives
III. EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 10 year of related experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the industry
· Or more than 3 years in server industry managing PCBA
IV. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier development in a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
· Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in TCO analysis, data-driven decision-making, and Excel for forecasting.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to interface with global suppliers and internal stakeholders.
· Knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO, RoHS), incoterms and the customs.
· Experience in manufacturing production environments or with contract manufacturers (CMs)
