Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and capable Strategic Initiatives Manager that will work in the CEO Office to plan and execute a variety of transformative initiatives across the corporation. As Strategic Initiatives Manager, you will be at the heart of our most important initiatives, responsible for turning top-management vision into reality. This includes leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of strategic projects, as well as facilitating clear communication across all business groups.

We need someone that has an entrepreneurial can-do attitude and who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves and take ownership of these high impact projects that will bring the BizLink Group to the next level. This role will provide exposure to the most senior decision makers of the company across the world.

Depending on the candidate, he/she may be enrolled into BizLink's Accelerated Leadership Program which grooms future senior leaders of the BizLink Group through high impact training, coaching and rotational assignments.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Support corporate strategy setting process by enhancing facilitation of strategy development and the annual management cycle.
  • Enhance quality of the corporate OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and operational process of program management.
  • Drive and support the implementation of culture initiatives to help shape the company culture.

Communications & Executive Alignment

  • Participate in high-level discussions and contribute to the strategic development of the corporation.
  • Drive strategy alignment and enhance communication across the organization.

Project Management & Execution

  • Execute on special projects based on business and management needs.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to advance key initiatives for specific projects.
  • Collect data metrics to identify opportunities for improvement across key functions.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree from a top ranking school.
  • At least 3-4 years experience in management consulting / change management.
  • Previous experience working in an international company with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Around 10 years of experience to lead or support certain programs.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex initiatives and competing interests.
  • A good combination of business acumen, strategic foresight and analytical prowess.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-time-zone environment.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent presentation creation and delivery skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication dexterity to build, maintain, and effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders across the group.

Project Management & Technical Skills:

  • Able to apply project management standards, processes, tools, team leadership, and techniques appropriate for a variety of project types, sizes, and criticalities.
  • Possessing digital transformation and implementation skills is a plus.
