As a Product Manager in Moxa's Industrial Network Security (INS) Business, you will play a key role in shaping the future of industrial cybersecurity. ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ
- Product Development and Management (50%)
– Lead cross-functional teams to drive new product development and continuous improvement of existing products.
– Coordinate resources across R&D, sales, and technical support to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
– Manage the full product lifecycle, including market requirement analysis, product definition and positioning, and end-of-life planning.
- Product Marketing and Go-to-Market Execution (25%)
– Define and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned product lines.
– Work closely with marketing, sales, and regional teams to launch promotional activities and campaigns.
– Support business development efforts and assist sales teams in achieving revenue and market expansion targets.
- Customer and Market Support (15%)
– Provide support for customer inquiries and coordinate with technical support teams on pre-sales and post-sales issues.
– Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify product enhancement opportunities and improve user satisfaction.
- Supervisor's assignment (10%)
– Complete tasks or initiatives assigned by the supervisor, including strategic projects or cross-functional collaborations.
ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs
- Education: Master's degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or MBA; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Professional Certificates/Licenses: Network or cybersecurity-related certifications are a plus but not mandatory (e.g., IEC personal certification, CISP, etc.).
- Experience:
– Minimum 5-year Experience Of Being a Product Manager.
– Experience with problem solving, portfolio/roadmap planning, and strategy building.
– Experience in customer facing, especially for B2B, and self-owned brand product marketing
- Language:
– Fluent in Chinese and English reading/writing/listening/speaking.
– TOEIC score: 785. (TOEIC certificate is better)
