We are Sustain Engineering Group (SEG), in CorpRD department.
As SEG project specialist, you will work with managers, engineers of 100+ Product Sustain and work with different region/country members of support team.
You will learn the skill of project management, to influence without authority.
To have the strong customer insight and make sustain better.
Job Description
- Sustain Case Operation
- To ensure the sustain case handling and SEG service qualities
- To serve as the first point of contact for case escalation from support group
- To ensure the Analysis Report's delivery quality, including submission, review and attachment
- To review the case handling with low satisfaction and coordinate with teams for improvement
- SEG interface
- To ensure all SEG-related processes are smoothly deployed and executed
- Training & Teambuilding
- To conduct SEG-related training
- To ensure all SEG-related processes, templates, policies are deployed to new product sustain team
- Reporting & Data Analysis
- To generate report and provide relevant analysis
- Communication for process improvement
Qualification/Requirement
- Have two years working experience at least. (Including part time job)
- Have fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. (TOEIC score >= 730)
- Have strong responsibility.
- Have high communication skill.
- Have high EQ.
- Able to work independently and willing to learn.
- Have experience in service helpdesk or project coordination (Nice to have).
