The Opportunity: Regional Manager – Taichung District

This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will be the operational backbone, ensuring excellence across your assigned retail area in and around Taichung. You will manage approximately 25-30 store locations, leading the local team to achieve sales targets and maintain our brand's commitment to quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Area Performance & Operations: Drive the overall sales, profitability, and operational efficiency for all stores within your Taichung-area territory.

• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor Store Managers and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster a high-performing culture.

• Strategic Execution: Translate corporate strategies and marketing campaigns into successful in-store actions, ensuring flawless execution of activities and visual merchandising standards.

• Market Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitor analysis specifically in the Taichung district and surrounding areas to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to the head office.

• Customer Experience: Uphold Les Enphants' service standards, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our values and enhances brand loyalty.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-unit or Regional Manager experience in retail or chain stores, or significant experience as a high-performing Store Manager in a large retail organization, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales and operational goals.

• Local Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the retail landscape, consumer behavior, and regional competition within the Taichung District.

• Exceptional Leadership: Strong ability to lead, influence, and inspire large, dispersed teams across various locations.

• Business Acumen: Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data, manage inventory flow, and control P&L within your area.

• Mobility Requirement: Must possess a personal vehicle (car) and a valid driver's license for frequent travel and store visits across the assigned territory.
