The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the Hematology portfolio, driving brand performance, and supporting the company's growth in the hematology field. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure successful brand planning and implementation.
- Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans for assigned hematology products.
- Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to achieve sales and market share growth.
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams for aligned brand execution.
- Manage marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and agency collaborations.
- Build strong KOL relationships and ensure effective medical and promotional engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance.
- Manage marketing budget and ensure timely project delivery.
