System Test Lead – 5G Wireless | Taiwan (Taipei, Taoyuan, or Hsinchu)
An innovative wireless technology company is seeking a
System Test Lead
to establish and manage a new
5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA)
test site in Taiwan. You'll play a key role in validating next-generation 5G mmWave products designed to deliver high-speed connectivity across global markets.

- upto $NT2000 - Per Hour
- REMOTE ROLE
- With minimal travel for client site
- Full time work (Mon - Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and operate a 5G system test site covering system, acceptance, and exploratory testing.
- Develop test scripts and methodologies for 3GPP and customer use cases.
- Manage and mentor local test engineers.
- Coordinate testing with international R&D teams and vendors.
- Support customer demos and technical investigations.
Required Experience:
- Proven track record in
system test leadership
within wireless or telecom. - Strong knowledge of
5G NR
,
networking
, and
test automation
tools. - Proficient with
Linux, Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes
, and scripting languages (Python/C++). - Excellent communication in
English and Mandarin
. - Self-motivated and able to operate independently.
Preferred:
- Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS/Azure),
network management protocols
(SNMP, NETCONF, YANG), and
5G architecture (5GCN, CU, DU, RU)
. - Master's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
