A leading international company in the iGaming industry is currently seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team in Taipei. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent growth potential.
About the Role
The Key Account Manager will play a central role in developing and maintaining client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and services. This position requires a proactive, client-focused professional with strong commercial acumen and proven sales experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive turnover growth and expand clients' customer base while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Lead business development initiatives through sales pitches, presentations, and tailored propositions, including upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Act as the key interface between clients and internal teams for business-related projects, supporting product, service, and feature rollouts.
- Handle client requests, conduct research, and provide structured analyses with actionable recommendations.
- Partner with internal teams across accounts, compliance, projects, and product to support the strategic development of client accounts.
- Provide guidance and support to new clients preparing to launch live services and content.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on benchmarking and price comparisons.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and exhibitions with tailored sales pitches.
- Analyze reporting and data to identify insights, communicate results, and drive continuous improvements.
- Represent the full product portfolio, keeping clients informed about upcoming releases and opportunities while managing escalations and ensuring resolutions.
Qualifications
- Educational background in a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within iGaming.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities and social skills.
- Commercial acumen with a strong analytical approach.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Reliable, responsible, and collaborative team player.
- Presentable, willing to travel, and able to work outside standard office hours when needed.
