Summary of This Role
To perform the daily work operations such as the merchant payment and settlement clearing reconciliation process / accounting process / merchant invoice / dispute support /sale slips manually processing / sales inquiry support, and achieve "Service Level Standard "(SLS) with customers internal cross departments and to perform the daily operational in efficient and accuracy. Monthly MI report to the team leaser and fulfill internal & external customer satisfaction with sustained service quality. A good communicate and coordinate transactional flows with internal departments and and coordinate with external parties such as outsourcing vendor, agent banks, utility companies and support to resolve daily operational related problems. Escalates any incident to team leader if found out on your end.

Becomes familiar with the internal system related and organization tools, methodologies.
More experienced peers to learn the daily operations work, daily and monthly reporting processes, procedures and tools.
Begins to learn the company's products and operations team mainly service and process.
Management assigned tasks and escalate any incident found out on your end.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: Accounting degree related
Preferred Qualifications
- Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp
- Previous experience in the payments industry
What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?
Familiar with credit card operations knowledge , Good at MS Office such as Excel and Word , Good writing and reading in English to handle dispute cases and, Learns to use professional concepts.
