About The Role
Grocery & Retail (GR) is a fast-growing business within Uber Eats that enables consumers to get just about anything delivered through the Uber Eats app. GR Taiwan is one of the most strategically important and successful markets for Uber Eats globally.
We're seeking a data-savvy problem solver with strong business acumen who can translate insights into action. This role combines analytics with diverse operational responsibilities-ideal for someone curious, adaptable, and impact-driven.
You'll work on campaign performance, geo and category insights, and merchant-consumer analytics, while supporting product and merchandising initiatives. By partnering with Strategy & Planning, Operations, and Commercial teams, you'll help shape business decisions and drive sustainable growth.
What The Candidate Will Do
- Drive campaign and user growth analytics: analyze campaign effectiveness, identify user journey inflection points, and uncover retention triggers across verticals.
- Build geo-based insights: create dashboards, evaluate promo and fees structures, and identify selection gaps for market optimization.
- Deliver category and SKU-level insights: surface purchase patterns, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and basket growth strategies.
- Lead merchant-consumer lifecycle analytics: build lifecycle dashboards, assess share of voice, and inform merchant-specific playbooks.
- Provide product testing and ad-hoc support: run tests for taxonomy, curate collections, and deliver P&L and performance reporting.

Basic Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using SQL and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Sheets).
- Solid project management, prioritization, and cross-functional communication skills, with a track record of working across functions and timelines.
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for improving processes and data integrity.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
