Position Overview

This role is responsible for driving digital lead generation and performance optimization through media planning, execution, and continuous improvement. The position will oversee the entire digital marketing process—from audience targeting and creative ideation to customer journey management—while ensuring effective budget utilization and strong business outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities


• Plan and execute digital lead generation campaigns; conduct performance analysis and propose optimization strategies


• Manage digital media marketing, including audience segmentation, creative content planning, campaign tracking, and customer journey engagement


• Monitor and control marketing budgets to ensure ROI effectiveness


• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/partners to deliver successful campaigns

Qualifications


• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation


• Hands-on experience with Google, Meta, LINE Ads


• Experience in SEM, SEO, and content marketing


• Background in media agencies or familiarity with agency operations preferred


• Marketing experience in financial services/insurance industry is a plus


• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills


• Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail


• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure


• Preferred: Google Ads or other digital marketing certifications / Life insurance license
