  • BAU Leads organization and import into the iCare system, distributed to business units. Manage customer who wants to add do not call list
  • First-line troubleshooting and resolution for I Care, Dialer system-related issues, such as report display/UI interface/number logic
  • Collect and report urgent I Care, Dialer issues to the Local Tech and Regional teams for handling, track their progress
  • Participate in and arrange for business units to jointly execute Tech team's regular/irregular CR/UCR testing
  • Review current system items that require optimization, write requirement forms, and discuss feasible directions with Tech & vendors
  • Monitor the dialing efficiency of various lists on the Dialer and adjust dialing speed, providing regular dialing reports
  • Backup for SPM, Dialer system incidents and requirement
