Responsibility
- Provide advice to business leaders/ sr. executives on how the work force supports the business strategy
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategic talent planning and development
- Translate business demands and needs into HR people strategy and ensure consistency with organization standards
- Coach employees and managers as they navigate employee relations process and provide guidance, coaching, and/or training through the employee relations experience
- Roll out programs designed in partnership with CoE
Qualification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently& effectively
- At least 5 years HR working experience, including 1+ year as full function HR or HR account service
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology or equivalent experience is a plus
