The incumbent will be responsible for managing talent and L&D activities, including capability assessments, cross-functional training coordination, and budget oversight for global and local programs. They will work closely with leaders and employees to identify learning needs, deliver effective training, and evaluate program impact aligned with business goals.
As a Learning Development Officer, you will:
- Drive the execution of a strategic, compliant L&D roadmap aligned with factory talent needs by curating annual training plans, closing skill gaps, and enhancing organizational capability.
- Champion People-Centricity and New Ways of Working by delivering engaging programs through SF Learning and Global Business Services, ensuring timely rollout and tracking of technical training.
- Provide consultative support for the Performance Appraisal process, manage improvement cases with stakeholders, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of SF system forms.
- Support talent strategy and organizational development by delivering people analytics from EES insights and driving global and local Talent Management initiatives.
- Develop and maintain L&D policies, support ASP and budget planning, and ensure cost-effective implementation.
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Sociology
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or field
- Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in Taiwanese or Hokkien is an advantage
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent vendor management, presentation, organizing and planning abilities
