Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Strategy Development:
    Design and implement regional sales strategies, pricing frameworks, and channel expansion plans based on local market dynamics and diverse AI application scenarios for consumer products.

  • Channel and Partner Management:

  • Collaborate with local distributors, retailers, and agents to grow and optimize both online and offline sales networks. Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and user conversion.
  • Work hand-in-hand with partners to set sales objectives and execution roadmaps, ensuring achievement of sales targets (SO).

  • Consumer Insights & Product Localization:
    Analyze product features and target customer needs in depth. Refine product positioning and market strategies across different products and application scenarios to drive adoption.

  • Sales Performance Management:
    Own the breakdown, monitoring, and achievement of regional sales KPIs. Regularly review performance outcomes to optimize strategies and maximize growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in consumer electronics, preferably AI-powered hardware or 3C digital products.
  • Strong expertise in channel development and management, with proven experience in building and scaling partner ecosystems.
  • Exceptional consumer insight and market data analysis skills.
  • International outlook: solid overseas work experience and strong communication skills in the local language(s) of target markets.
  • Familiar with AI hardware and 3C product applications, with the ability to quickly translate technical product logic into compelling market language.
