We are looking for a Marketing Solutions Lead, Immunology, Taiwan who is patient value orientated, self-discipline and has high ethical standards and business ethics to join us in our team, based in our TW office.
What you'll do
- Develop and lead the implementation of effective long and short-term marketing strategies to drive brand adoption and ensure continuous and sustained competitive advantage and success of responsible portfolio and products.
- Develop clear, well-communicated vision and strategies for assigned products that can be translated to effective marketing and business plan.
- Ensure that development and design of innovative promotional campaigns and business activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Optimize allocation of all resources to brands through active assessment of return of investment.
- Formulate strategic marketing and tactical plans for current and future products launches within the franchise through effective brands, operational, forecast and budget plans to ensure sales, profitability and market share targets are achieved.
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies, campaigns and medical experts development through regular field visits and customers engagements.
- Ensure good collaboration with cross-functional team for effective conceptualization and implementation of sales, marketing and market access plans for all strategic brands.
- Provide marketing and competitive knowledge on products to the field force.
- Provide reliable sales, costs and demand forecasts and ensure supply of all products.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree or above, specialization in business and pharmaceutical preferred
Experience:
5 years working experience in Taiwan marketing field with great insights in local ecosystem and market trends.
- Proven track records of developing and implementing marketing strategy and new product launch
- Strong Leadership in people management and X-functional collaboration are preferred
- Experience in Immunology is preferred
