Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing
Sales Executive/Sales Manager
to join our Taiwan team in
Taipei
. You will be responsible for expanding FITS Cargo's footprint in the Nepal market, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across air cargo services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in
air freight and cross-border cargo solutions
. - Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, consignees, and industry stakeholders.
- Prepare competitive quotations and proposals, ensuring profitability and service excellence.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient cargo handling.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
- Represent FITS Cargo at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics sales; Taiwan market experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of air cargo operations, documentation, and international shipping processes.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and
relevant local language skills is an advantage
