Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing 
Sales Executive/Sales Manager
 to join our Taiwan team in
Taipei
. You will be responsible for expanding FITS Cargo's footprint in the Nepal market, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across air cargo services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in 
    air freight and cross-border cargo solutions
    .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, consignees, and industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare competitive quotations and proposals, ensuring profitability and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient cargo handling.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
  • Represent FITS Cargo at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics sales; Taiwan market experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of air cargo operations, documentation, and international shipping processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and
    relevant local language skills is an advantage
    .
  • Ability to work independently in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
