We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Growth Marketing Assistant Manager to support our regional growth initiatives. This role is crucial in scaling our brand presence and driving user acquisition across the region by focusing heavily on influencer marketing, paid media execution, and strategic campaign management. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with a deep passion for the influencer ecosystem and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Strategy & Execution

  • Influencer Acquisition and Incubation: Identify, recruit, onboard, and nurture high-potential content creators and influencers across various platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with key regional influencers, ensuring brand alignment and content quality.
  • Monitor influencer performance, providing actionable feedback and strategies for optimization and growth.

2. Paid Marketing Expertise

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across regional digital channels (e.g., social media ads, search engine marketing).
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to conduct A/B testing and performance analysis, using data to inform media buying decisions.

3. Campaign Management & Planning

  • Support the end-to-end management of regional marketing campaigns, from initial concept and strategic planning to execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Coordinate creative asset development and deployment with internal design teams and external agencies.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and align with overall regional business objectives.

4. Ecosystem & Performance Monitoring

  • Demonstrate a deep, current passion for the influencer ecosystem, monitoring trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all growth marketing initiatives, providing clear, concise summaries and strategic recommendations to leadership.

5. Collaboration & Learning

  • Exhibit a fast learner mindset, quickly absorbing new tools, technologies, and marketing methodologies.
  • Promote teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, effectively working with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure a cohesive regional strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or media management, specifically within a regional or multi-market scope.
  • Proven experience in paid marketing across major platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Demonstrable success in influencer acquisition and incubation, with a strong network or understanding of how to build one.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a relevant regional language is a strong plus.
