We are looking for experienced and high-performing Senior or Business Development Managers to join our candidates who bring a wealth of industry knowledge, a proven track record in sales leadership and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve district sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients in the freight forwarding industry.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry
- Extensive experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving results will be preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Aggressive, independent and attention to detail
- A good team player and able to work under pressure
- Candidate with lesser years of experience will be considered for the role of Business Development Executive
