We are looking for experienced and high-performing Senior or Business Development Managers to join our candidates who bring a wealth of industry knowledge, a proven track record in sales leadership and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve district sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry
  • Extensive experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving results will be preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Aggressive, independent and attention to detail
  • A good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Candidate with lesser years of experience will be considered for the role of Business Development Executive
