  • Represent Philips (Versuni)'s own channel, build the best consumer shopping experience offline and directly create brand image/expertise face-to-face.

The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring

  • An experienced people manager is a must, with the capability to lead promoters (total 28 counters) through Area Supervisors (or Assistant Managers).
  • Negotiate with Department Store Retailer Group including new store opening, trade term negotiation, mega promotion activities (e.g. CNY, Moter's Day, Anniversary) proposal to Department Store Head office(s).
  • Establish clear short-and long-term channel strategy, together with external and internal stakeholders (cross-function collaboration with Marketing/TSM and SCM). Strong business acumen with the sense of competition trend, retailer movement, cross-industry connection.
  • Responsible for achieving budgeted top-line sales with assigned A&P/OFSE budget.
  • Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.
  • Responsible for inventory control (at counter) and loss prevention management
