Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Director of Business Development to lead and expand our GPU cloud services business. This role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales, cloud computing, and strategic partnerships, with deep understanding of the GPU ecosystem and its applications in AI, HPC, and data-intensive workloads. The Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing key partnerships, and positioning our GPU cloud platform as a leading choice for enterprises, research institutions, and technology innovators.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for GPU cloud services across target markets (AI/ML, data analytics, gaming, visualization, and enterprise computing).
- Drive revenue targets through customer acquisition, upselling, and channel development.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with global enterprise clients, cloud service providers, and system integrators.
Partnerships & Alliances
- Build strategic partnerships with hardware vendors, ISVs, cloud providers, and ecosystem partners to strengthen market presence.
- Negotiate high-value commercial agreements and long-term strategic collaborations.
Customer Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, understanding their workloads and translating requirements into tailored GPU cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align service offerings with customer needs.
- Oversee customer lifecycle management to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in GPU acceleration and cloud computing.
- Provide strategic insights to executive leadership for product roadmap and market positioning.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-oriented execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or partnerships in cloud computing, data centers, or related technology industries.
- Strong knowledge of GPU-accelerated workloads (AI/ML training & inference, HPC, rendering, data analytics).
- Established network within enterprise, cloud, and technology sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive multimillion-dollar revenue growth and close complex enterprise deals.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
