Atmosic Technologies is looking for a Hardware System Engineer who is passionate about hands-on lab work and learning how to bring innovative low-power connectivity chips to life. The job title and responsibilities will match the candidate's experience and growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans to validate silicon functionality and performance
Collaborate with ASIC design and verification teams to understand and debug design behavior
Write and maintain Python scripts and test code to automate validation tasks
Resolve challenging system-level issues that span multiple disciplines
Requirements:
Around 2 years of relevant experience, or strong academic/lab background in hardware validation or testing
Familiarity with hardware EDA tools, ORCAD Capture CIS, Mentor PADS
Familiarity with basic electronic lab equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering equipment
Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Proficiency in Python scripting (C/C++ experience is a plus)
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of common interface, bus, and wireless protocols (e.g. I2C, SPI, AHB, Bluetooth Low Energy)
Familiarity with power integrity (PI) and signal integrity (SI) simulation at board level or system level
