Job Description
- Design high-density AC/DC and DC/DC Power Supply Units (PSUs) for server, datacenter, and industrial applications
- Lead technical proposals and support RFI/RFQ processes for customer projects
- Conduct design reviews and present PSU solutions to clients
- Standardize components and optimize designs for cost and performance
- Manage the full electrical design cycle from project kickoff to mass production
- Perform tolerance analysis, simulations, and resolve technical challenges
- Preferred: Experience in leading R&D teams and mentoring engineers
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in PSU, UPS, or EV charger design
- Strong passion for PSU development and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Solid understanding of software design and implementation
- Capable of independent research and working with emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Willingness to travel and work overseas; strong sense of ownership and responsibility
