We are searching for the best talent for Key Account Lead.
Purpose:
Responsible for leading and shaping the Key Account Management function for the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Business Taiwan. You will lead a team of experienced Key Account Managers to deliver best-in-class access for our innovative medicine portfolio in the largest accounts, while ensuring overall price control and building critical external relationships.

You will also play a key role in informing, building and executing strategic access related projects in partnership with other critical functions to support an optimal access environment.

In your role, you will be responsible for proactive stakeholder management both internally and externally requiring strong communication, negotiation and project management skills. As a leader, you will empower and enable your team members and live our Credo values, while maintaining a strong culture of compliance.

You Will Be Responsible For
Planning & Analytics

  • Build and maintain key pricing analytic and simulation tools to inform hospital negotiation and pricing
  • Provide detailed monthly reports detailing discount and pricing evolution including key risks and risk mitigation strategies
  • Develop annual KAM planning calendar and in partnership with Business Units, Market Access & Finance set out clearly defined objectives for all strategic accounts including new product listing
  • Monitor external environment, including NHIA, Industry Bodies, Hospital Management and other sources to identify key trends and implications

Key Account Management Excellence

  • Lead your team to deliver on key access goals including:
  • 100% on-Time completion of all account negotiations (annual, bi-annual or ad-hoc) within pre-defined price negotiation limits
  • Ensure ITG brand listing in all key accounts
  • Support new product listing
  • Support access to JJIM programs where required as part of strategic account negotiations
  • Build Critical External Relationships including:
  • Pharmacy and related partners in hospital medicine access and management
  • Relevant societies including hospital and pharmacy
  • Senior hospital management

Improve Systems & Processes

  • Update tender management SOP and processes
  • Streamline and simplify documentation and processes
  • Ensure value dossier and critical negotiation and engagement tools are developed

Team Leadership

  • Direct line responsibility for KAM team
  • Ensure all team members received training on all related procedures and policies and adhere to CREDO and compliance principles at all time
  • Provide regular coaching and support to ensure individual and team development
  • Enhance strategic negotiation and account management skills
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment
