Role Overview

Bai Capital seeks an esteemed
EB‑5 Sales Director

10 years in EB‑5, migration, or related sectors

, you will architect and drive our China sales strategy with authority, significantly shaping our footprint in the Greater China market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic vision and execution framework for EB‑5 sales and channel partnerships across China, prioritizing premium agency networks.
  • Cultivate and sustain elite relationships with leading migration agents and referral firms to amplify Bai Capital's market position.
  • Serve as a principal liaison between Chinese partners and our U.S. headquarters: aligning cross-border strategy, compliance, training, and execution.
  • Design and facilitate partner training on EB‑5 structures, regulatory frameworks, and best-in-class immigration pathways.
  • Own performance metrics: including pipeline development, conversion tracking, forecasting, and quarterly performance disclosures.
  • Provide thought leadership on EB‑5 industry dynamics: monitoring regulatory shifts, visa trends, and competitor positioning.
  • Represent Bai Capital at industry forums, conferences, and client-facing events; conveying confidence, professionalism, and strategic insight.

Qualifications

  • Deep industry prowess:

    in EB‑5, cross-border migration services, wealth management, or international education sectors.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C migration sales (EB5)
  • Robust and validated relationships with Chinese migration agents and industry influencers.
  • Exceptional strategic, commercial, and operational maturity—demonstrable success in B2B sales and agency partnership growth.
  • Thorough comprehension of EB‑5 legal requirements, regional center mechanisms, U.S. immigration policy, and market alignment.
  • Superior communication skills in
