Job Description
As the Executive Assistant to the Head of Factory, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner and enabler to the site leadership team.

You will provide comprehensive executive, organizational, and communication support to ensure alignment between business priorities, operational efficiency, and cross-sector collaboration.

This position requires strong stakeholder management, high discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment. You will act as a key liaison between the Taiwan factory, ASML global headquarters, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Executive and Leadership Support

  • Partner closely with the Head of Factory to manage daily operations, decision follow-up, and internal communication flow.
  • Manage calendars, travel, correspondence, and meeting logistics with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare briefings, talking points, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively drive operational effectiveness.

Lead and coach two direct reports:

  • Engagement Coordinator – responsible for internal communications, employee engagement, and site-wide events such as All Hands Meetings and Global Manufacturing Day.
  • Government Subsidy Project Coordinator – responsible for the execution and reporting of MOEA-funded subsidy projects.

Factory Governance and Operational Rhythm

  • Coordinate the factory off-site meetings, including agenda setting, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Drive alignment across departments and ensure timely execution of agreed actions.

Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a communication bridge between key sectors including Factories, D&E, Sourcing, HR, and Finance.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment between ASML Taiwan and NL
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as suppliers, government agencies, and visiting delegations.

Communication and Engagement

  • Draft and review internal communications, announcements, and executive messages.
  • Organize site-wide events such as All Hands Meetings, Global Manufacturing Day, and Leadership Connect sessions.
  • Promote ASML's culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous learning through internal engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or managing business operations in a multinational environment.
  • experience of public relations or government subsidy application
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments preferred.
