curious, passionate, and experienced Product Manager
to join our
Technology Product Division
. In this cross-functional role that connects business, design, and technology, you'll lead the development of world-class fintech tools and experiences that empower our clients and redefine what's possible in finance.
What You'll Do
1. Product Strategy & Planning
- Analyze financial market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes to craft a compelling product vision and roadmap.
- Identify strategic opportunities and propose innovative product concepts to meet evolving market and customer needs.
2. Product Design & Management
- Create and maintain detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), including feature specs, workflows, and UX/UI wireframes.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, compliance, and data teams to ensure product feasibility, usability, and regulatory compliance.
3. Project Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development to testing, launch, and iteration.
- Coordinate across legal, finance, operations, risk, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business goals.
4. Data-Driven Product Optimization
- Leverage data on user behavior, conversion funnels, and transaction performance to continuously optimize the user experience and product functionality.
- Work with data scientists to apply AI, machine learning, and big data analytics to deliver personalized experiences and smarter risk management.
5. Regulatory & Compliance Management
- Stay up-to-date with financial regulations (e.g., AML, KYC, data privacy) and ensure products remain fully compliant.
- Partner with regulators and internal compliance teams to navigate the legal and regulatory landscape confidently.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in fintech product management.
- Solid technical literacy: capable of discussing implementation details with web/mobile/backend engineers.
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization, including translating technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer-centric design and data-driven product development.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in business analysis, process optimization, and agile project management.
- Exposure to AI and its application in fintech products.
