Support ophthalmology-related surgical and pharmaceutical brands in preparing for new product launches and maintaining existing portfolios. Responsibilities include strategy development, tactical execution, project management, and ensuring logistical readiness.

Strategic Thinking & Execution Excellence

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and communicate a long-term product vision aligned with clinical needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements in the medical device sector.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans, balancing innovation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Monitor emerging technologies, competitive dynamics, and unmet clinical needs to inform product strategy and differentiation.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and customer value using data-driven frameworks and stakeholder input.
  • Lead post-launch optimization efforts, including lifecycle management, market expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate product plans and updates effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on priorities and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, hospital procurement teams, distributors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to validate product direction.
  • Coordinate customer engagement activities with clinical support teams, including product demonstrations, evaluations, training, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment with real-world clinical needs.
  • Partner with external clients to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the product life cycle.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in customer-facing engagements to drive product adoption and market success.

Metrics & Performance Management

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product success against strategic goals.
