- Develop and communicate a long-term product vision aligned with clinical needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements in the medical device sector.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans, balancing innovation, compliance, and risk management.
- Monitor emerging technologies, competitive dynamics, and unmet clinical needs to inform product strategy and differentiation.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and customer value using data-driven frameworks and stakeholder input.
- Lead post-launch optimization efforts, including lifecycle management, market expansion, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate product plans and updates effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on priorities and achieve commercial objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, hospital procurement teams, distributors, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to validate product direction.
