Job Responsibilities
:

1. Product Development & Research

  • Lead
    NPD direction briefing
    and manage development process from ideation to launch.
  • Coordinate
    internal cross-functional management
    , including system setup and communication with R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Conduct
    consumer validation research
    (triangle test, FGD, ad hoc surveys) to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure efficient
    time management
    to meet project milestones.

2. Commercial Planning

  • Design and manage
    occasion-based coupons and promotional schemes
    to drive purchase frequency and re-purchase.
  • Conduct
    financial simulation
    to evaluate scheme effectiveness and ensure profitability.
  • Perform
    sales review
    and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage
    A&P budget tracking and consolidation
    for accurate reporting.

3. IMC Communication & Media Plan Support

  • Prepare
    communication briefs
    and supervise agencies to deliver projects on time with high quality.
  • Support IMC implementation via own digital ecosystem, including
    PK App, LINE, CRM, and online ordering journey
    .
  • Explore opportunities through digital CRM touchpoints to improve consumer engagement and retention.
  • Ensure strong
    time and project management
    across initiatives.

4. Routine Maintenance & Ad-hoc Support

  • Conduct
    sales performance review
    to assess campaign and product impact.
  • Manage
    ad hoc research
    (e.g., callback setup, result summary, triangle test).
  • Provide operational support for both routine and urgent marketing needs.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, QSR, or retail industry.
  • Experience in product development, commercial scheme planning, and IMC execution.
  • Strong analytical skills in financial simulation, sales review, and consumer research.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Fluent in business English writing and communication.
  • Project management mindset with ability to balance routine tasks and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM, digital media, and social platforms preferred.
