Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple teams of product sales professionals to drive the growth and profitability of the GlobeSend product under Transaction Banking
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with product and relationship management teams to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and client engagement capabilities
- Monitor team performance, set targets, and implement effective performance management processes
- Represent the bank in client meetings, industry events, and other external engagements to strengthen the bank's brand and reputation
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience managing multiple teams simultaneously within the consumer or corporate banking domain
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, client relationship management and project management skills
- Experienced in engaging SME clients and proficient in understanding and handling cross-border payments as well as remittance process. Understand the competitive landscape
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficient in using data analytics and sales reporting tools to drive informed decision-making
- Goal-oriented and action-driven, able to deliver assigned tasks on time with aproven track record of success
