JOB FUNCTIONS:


• Collaborate with leaders, managers, and employees, fulfilling the role of Business Partner in the local office.Manage the entire HR value chain, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee and management development, total rewards, performance management, organization effectiveness, employee relations, terminations, operational administration, and more.


• Provide advice and coaching to managers on employee lifecycle management, development, ER cases, and termination processes, enhancing their management capabilities.


• Maintain close relationships with key business and functional leaders/managers at UMTW, proactively understanding their business needs and provide support from PIC perspective.


• Work with the Global and GC PIC teams on PIC-related projects, including design, implementation, and continuous improvement.


• Support the SVP GC PIC on any ad hoc global/local PIC initiatives as required.


• Oversee the Office Administration for local office to keep the safe and clean working environment. lead the front desk/Admin member to deal with the unexpected issues and manage the company's office administration, office supplies and facilities, and optimize the organization's administration system and general workflows.


• Plan and execute company annual administrative work target and ensure the compliance of local policy.


• Company administrative projects management including office renovation, removal, reinstatement projects, etc.


• Safety and Health and office security risk management.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:


• 8-10+ years of solid HR & Admin experience , with a background in the entertainment industry being a plus.


• 5+ years of a strong and proven track record in an HRBP role, supporting from first-line to senior management, including hands-on talent requisition, ER and termination, HR policy/program design across the employee lifecycle, and the ability to proactively provide clear support and advice to managers and employees.


• Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation.


• Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with advanced multi-task management abilities.


• Excellent relationship management skills, with experience across different levels of the organization, multiple lines of business, and both local and regional/global HR teams.


• A quick learner, business acumen, proactive, self-motivated, a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
