About the Role...

As a Strategy Project Manager on the COO Team, you will work on mission-critical initiatives that shape ALP's direction and performance side-by-side with team members coming from the leading consulting firms and Ecommerce. What you will do...

  • Lead problem-solving efforts on cross-functional projects that improve business performance and unlock new growth opportunities
  • Analyze complex datasets to derive insights that influence strategic decisions
  • Build financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to drive business visibility and planning
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to craft go-to-market strategies, operational roadmaps, and strategic narratives
  • Work with product, operations, and data teams to design and implement scalable solutions
  • Take ownership of project modules, from planning to execution, with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.

What skills are required...

  • A graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) from a top university with a strong academic record
  • 0~2(Analyst) / 2~5(Associate) years of work experience in consulting, tech, logistics, or high-growth environments.
  • Analytical and structured thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Highly collaborative, with a humble attitude and a strong sense of ownership
