What you will do...
- Lead problem-solving efforts on cross-functional projects that improve business performance and unlock new growth opportunities
- Analyze complex datasets to derive insights that influence strategic decisions
- Build financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to drive business visibility and planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to craft go-to-market strategies, operational roadmaps, and strategic narratives
- Work with product, operations, and data teams to design and implement scalable solutions
- Take ownership of project modules, from planning to execution, with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.

What skills are required...
- A graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) from a top university with a strong academic record
- 0~2(Analyst) / 2~5(Associate) years of work experience in consulting, tech, logistics, or high-growth environments.
- Analytical and structured thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal
- Entrepreneurial mindset — adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Highly collaborative, with a humble attitude and a strong sense of ownership
