At the earliest possible date we are looking for...
- Lead the software development and issue resolution process, collaborating closely with global R&D teams to meet customer expectations and ensure continuous product improvement.
 - Carry out software development across all SUSS products, applying strong coding skills in C++ and C#.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on system improvement, new development projects, and the resolution of on-site technical issues.
 - Plan and manage software development resources, defining technical priorities and supporting key project decisions to achieve business and engineering objectives.
 - Drive the execution of project milestones, perform risk assessments, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
 - Act as a technical and organizational bridge between R&D, manufacturing, and customer service, ensuring effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
 - Proactively identify process optimization and automation opportunities to enhance software reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
 - Influence teams across global functions, escalate issues through the right channels, and facilitate collaborative problem-solving with accountability and commitment.
 - Able to work onsite at our Hsinchu, Taiwan office.
 - Proven experience in software project or engineering management within the semiconductor, equipment, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
 - Strong background in software development.
 - Demonstrated leadership of international and interdisciplinary teams, with strong coordination and communication skills across all organizational levels.
 - Strategic and analytical thinker with the flexibility, resilience, and problem-solving ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
 - Project management certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA) is an advantage.
 - Technical depth and the ability to understand complex system interactions quickly.
 
Business Trip Requirement
- Occasional business trips — typically less than 2 months per year.
 - Up to 10% on-site support at customer locations may be required.
