  • Team Leadership & Management

Lead and manage the software development team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

  • Project Planning & Execution

Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of software development projects.

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Technical Oversight

Provide technical guidance and direction to the team.

Review architecture, design, and code to ensure best practices and maintainability.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with hardware, QA, product management, and customer teams to ensure alignment and smooth integration.

Represent the software team in internal and external meetings.

  • Process Improvement

Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Implement metrics to monitor productivity and quality.

  • Customer Engagement

Act as a technical point of contact for customer discussions related to software.

Support customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
